ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION OF PIERREFONDS INC.

The annual general meeting of the Pierrefonds Minor Hockey Association Inc. will be organized as an online conference on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

The meeting details will be sent a few days before to interested members. Please email info@hockeypfds.com to receive conference details. Please send your name, email address, child's name, level, and the team they played on.

Nominations for Vice President of Administration, Vice President Administrative Assistant and President must be submitted in writing by April 23, 2025, at 4.30 p.m. a / s Audrey Besner, Sports and Facilities Development Officer, 13555 boul. de Pierrefonds, Pierrefonds (Quebec), H9A 1A6

Please note that according to the Association bylaws, candidates for the President's nomination must have served at least three (3) years on the hockey committee. Similarly, candidates for the other positions must have served at least two (2) years on the hockey committee.

The term 'hockey committee' identifies the Executive Committee of the Pierrefonds Minor Hockey Association Inc. and includes the positions of Director, Equipment Manager, Ice Manager, Tournament President, Master Coach, Registrar, Assistant Vice-Chairman, member of the Board of Directors, and any other person identified by the members of the Board of Directors.

Membership in the Association:

Membership in the Association shall be one (1) Pierrefonds-Roxboro resident, parent, or legal guardian per family duly registered with Pierrefonds Minor Hockey Association.  

** Residents of Ile-Bizard who are members in good standing are entitled to the status of members.

Vote at the General Meeting: 

Members in good standing are entitled to vote at a General Meeting, but this does not mean a person cannot attend the meeting. Proof of membership and residency can be requested for voting purposes. All members and participants in a General Meeting must sign in, stating their name and membership status (or which category and team they are associated with).

All other non-residents of said area are welcome to participate.  However, they have no voting privileges, except for the Hockey Committee, Assistant Directors, Registered Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Managers.
